Initially, my experience with the Crypto trading software felt alright, and there was some assistance when needed. However, many exchanges I’ve tried outside the US aren’t supported. Responses to my inquiries can take ages, and if I don’t reply within a day, I’m stuck waiting for ages again. They don’t accept csv file formats for Nexo, FTX, or Pionex—what’s the use if I gotta do everything by hand? Really let down. Best to steer clear.

At first when my Crypto trading was simple software seemed to be okay, and help was available. Most of the exchanges I have used outside of US have not been supported. Answers to my questions take months at times, then I have 24 hours to respond or else I am waiting months again. The dont support the format of csv files for Nexo, FTX, Pionex what is the point if I have to manually create everything? Extremely disappointed. Stay away.

I purchased this software thinking it would assist me with my crypto tax filing. Man, was I mistaken… I only had sales that needed to be reported on the big exchanges (Coinbase, Coinbase Pro, Binance US, and Gemini). I forked out over $100 for the premium version, and it turned out to be totally worthless. I spent a lot of time trying to sync all my wallets, and when I finally managed to do that, I encountered a bunch of errors. It kept claiming I sold more than I actually did. I reached out to customer support multiple times, but they were no help at all. In the end, I just did everything manually… and when I did, I found out I only had $4,400 in gains, while this software had me listed with over $7,000. Seriously, don’t waste your money on this. Check out other options instead. I know I will next year.

Try another one of the options. I definitely will next year.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!! SPARE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE...Their customer support is ATROCIOUS and their software is way off! I initially paid for this program to handle my 2021 taxes, but when I tried to sort everything out, I found out it wouldn’t let me generate the 2021 tax documents because it automatically processed my 2020 taxes, which I wasn’t even trying to do.

When I asked them to switch it up, they offered me a 20% discount to do 2021 as well. Before I agreed, I wanted to check how accurate and user-friendly they’d make my 2020 crypto tax report. After reviewing it, I found it was INCREDIBLY incorrect!! I couldn’t understand how their report was so messed up, so I printed some documents. After that, I was locked out of doing anything!!! They were making me pay AGAIN to finish my 2020 tax report.

I reached out for assistance and laid out my situation, explaining how their program wasn’t accurately reflecting my trades and that I was being forced to pay again. I detailed my issue, hoping for a response in a few days.

1.5 weeks later, I finally hear back from Morgan, who apologizes for the delay and thanks me for my patience...THAT WAS IT!!! I replied, still needing help, please!! About 8 days later, Morgan responds saying he can give me the 20% off for 2021, and that was it!!

As you can guess, I was pretty frustrated by this point. I told Morgan that it took him 3.5 weeks to get back to me with those replies and still no help with my issue! I had clearly explained the problem in 3 of my emails!!! Two days later, Morgan sends another email telling me to ensure I’m logged into my account and link all wallets and exchanges!!!!

Of course, MORGAN! I tried calling them multiple times, left voicemails, texted, and emailed Zenledger several times over 5 weeks with NO concern for the issue I was facing with their platform. I don’t support companies like this, so I finally demanded a refund or I’d take legal action for their scams, and I got a refund in less than 12 hours!!!

The trouble this company has caused me is ABSURD!!! They’d rather refund people than fix the issue!! I would’ve preferred someone just help me find the mistake, and I would’ve been okay waiting a week or two since I know it’s tax season and all...But the fact that they can’t even respond to emails in the first place!

Not only did they lose 2 years' worth of business just from me, but they’ve also lost a customer for GOOD and I will never recommend this company to anyone!!!!

This software just ain't cutting it for me. It keeps freezing up and I can't access my reports. Plus, I often struggle with the login process. Sometimes it lets me in, other times it just won't budge. I've tried reaching out to support via phone (left a bunch of messages) and through live chat, but no luck getting a reply from either. I'm hoping for a refund, but I ain't holding my breath on that one either. I'd suggest looking for a different software and steering clear of ZenLedger.

Update: After a ton of attempts, they finally got back to me and are working on fixing the problems. Still, it's a hassle to get in touch with them for assistance.

They program isn't working for me. It continues to hang up and not let me see my reports. Also, I have trouble frequently with logging in. Sometimes it will login and sometimes it won't. I have reached out to support by phone (left message several times) and by live chat. I can't get a response from either one. I would like a refund but I doubt I could get a response on that as well. I would recommend using another software and staying away from ZenLedger.

Update: They have finally responded to me after numerous attempts and are trying to fix the issues. They are still hard to get a hold of to get help.

As a newbie, I couldn't have hoped for a smoother experience. The API connections made it easy for me to submit my filings swiftly and confirm my transactions were processed. The support team responded promptly and was well-informed about all my inquiries. I’m definitely planning to use this again next year.

For a beginner you couldn’t ask for a more seamless experience. The API integrations made it simple for me to file quickly and ensure my transactions went through. Customer service was quick to answer and knowledgeable about all my questions. I will definitely use this again next year.

This website has really simplified things for me this year! Last year, I tried another product but faced some issues and, sadly, their support wasn’t very helpful. After making the switch, I could easily update my taxes from the previous year with the right figures.

This site made my life so much easier this year! I used a different product last year but ran into a couple problems and unfortunately couldn’t get much help from their support. After switching I was able to refill my previous years taxes with the correct numbers

This tool is pretty straightforward to use, though it has a few quirks. But once you get the hang of it, especially with the help of their awesome customer service team, it becomes a breeze to handle. Definitely worth a shoutout!

This product was very easy to use with some kinks, but once you figure it out with some of their stellar customer service folks it is easy to manage. Highly recommend.

The customer service here is really impressive, and the product is solid. I’ve had some pretty complex dealings with various defi and nfts. Zenledger made it easy for me to track my earnings, and I utilized it in December for tax loss harvesting, which worked wonders for my OHM clones. I required some assistance over the phone, and setting up a time was a breeze. They even helped me create some spreadsheets. Amy was awesome—she probably has a background with Turbotax.

A couple of years back, I sent my crypto transactions to the IRS for tax purposes, and they got back to me with a potential audit notice. So, I figured I'd give ZenLedger a shot, and it did the trick flawlessly! I've been using it for a few years now. Incredibly simple and precise!
